Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Backend Pleno para integrar nosso time.

Desenvolvemos soluções para o mercado de capitais, atendendo corretoras, bancos de investimento, gestoras de recursos e assessorias de investimento. Nossos produtos suportam operações críticas do negócio, nas quais performance, segurança, escalabilidade e disponibilidade são requisitos essenciais.

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em .NET e C#, que tenha autonomia técnica, perfil protagonista e capacidade de atuar na construção de soluções escaláveis, na evolução arquitetural e na resolução de problemas complexos.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Desenvolver, evoluir e manter aplicações backend utilizando .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core e Web APIs.
  • Projetar e implementar APIs RESTful, considerando escalabilidade, segurança, performance e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.
  • Participar da definição de soluções técnicas e decisões arquiteturais junto ao time de Tecnologia.
  • Desenvolver e evoluir soluções baseadas em arquitetura de microserviços e sistemas distribuídos.
  • Realizar integrações com sistemas internos e externos, incluindo plataformas e serviços relacionados ao mercado de investimentos.
  • Atuar na identificação e resolução de problemas complexos, realizando análise de causa raiz e propondo soluções eficientes.
  • Contribuir para a evolução contínua da arquitetura, performance, estabilidade e qualidade das aplicações.
  • Criar e manter testes automatizados, incluindo testes unitários e de integração.
  • Participar de revisões de código, disseminando boas práticas e contribuindo para a evolução técnica do time.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com os times de Produto, Negócio e Tecnologia, transformando necessidades do negócio em soluções eficientes.
  • Participar das cerimônias ágeis, contribuindo com planejamento, estimativas e evolução técnica das entregas.
  • Apoiar tecnicamente profissionais menos experientes, compartilhando conhecimento e boas práticas.

OS REQUISITOS QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend com .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core e Web API.
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento e arquitetura de APIs RESTful.
  • Conhecimento avançado em bancos de dados relacionais, especialmente PostgreSQL e/ou Oracle.
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados não relacionais, especialmente MongoDB ou similares.
  • Experiência com arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos e microserviços.
  • Conhecimento em mensageria e processamento assíncrono.
  • Conhecimento em Redis ou outras soluções de cache.
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban.
  • Capacidade de analisar cenários técnicos, propor soluções e tomar decisões com autonomia.
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes times.
  • Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência no mercado de investimentos, bancos, corretoras, plataformas de negociação ou fintechs.
  • Conhecimento de produtos financeiros, como renda variável, renda fixa e fundos de investimento.
  • Experiência com integrações de sistemas financeiros e APIs de mercado.
  • Conhecimento em RabbitMQ ou outras ferramentas de mensageria.
  • Experiência com Kubernetes e ambientes Cloud, como AWS, Azure ou GCP.
  • Conhecimento em pipelines CI/CD.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de qualidade de código, como SonarQube.
  • Experiência com testes automatizados utilizando xUnit ou frameworks similares.
  • Conhecimento em práticas de segurança para APIs, incluindo autenticação, autorização e gestão de acesso.
  • Experiência com sistemas de alta disponibilidade, escalabilidade e processamento de grandes volumes de dados.
