A instituição busca um(a) estagiário(a) de nível superior que esteja cursando qualquer fase para atuar no atendimento telefônico e apoiar a aproximação de jovens e responsáveis com a instituição.

Sobre a oportunidade A pessoa selecionada fará contato com potenciais participantes para apresentar as atividades gratuitas oferecidas pela instituição e agendar visitas presenciais.

Principais responsabilidades

Prospectar e contatar jovens e responsáveis por telefone. Apresentar, com clareza e responsabilidade, as avaliações gratuitas de perfil educacional e qualificatório, os testes vocacionais e o treinamento gratuito disponibilizados pela instituição. Identificar o interesse das pessoas contatadas e agendar visitas à instituição. Registrar contatos, retornos e agendamentos nos controles ou sistemas utilizados pela equipe. Realizar acompanhamentos e confirmações de visitas conforme as orientações da instituição. Manter uma comunicação cordial, respeitosa e adequada com jovens e responsáveis.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Estar cursando ensino superior e ter disponibilidade para realizar estágio. Boa comunicação verbal e clareza ao conversar por telefone. Conhecimentos básicos de informática e facilidade para utilizar ferramentas de registro e comunicação. Organização para acompanhar contatos, retornos e agendamentos. Postura ética e cuidado ao apresentar informações sobre os serviços gratuitos da instituição.
