Et si vous dirigiez une équipe d’électriciens en travaillant sur des projets passionnants d’installations de bornes de recharges électriques partout en Belgique ? Vous communiquez couramment en français et en néerlandais ? Vous savez diriger et motiver votre équipe et avez une expérience en gestion de chantier ? Vos atouts sont la débrouillardise, la polyvalence et votre sens de l’organisation ? Dans ce cas vous êtes peut-être l'electricien expérimenté que nous recherchons.

La fonction

  • Vous dirigez les équipes sur site ainsi que les sous-traitants, ce qui implique également un suivi des heures prestées.
  • Vous travaillez toujours selon les consignes de sécurité, de qualité et des coûts.
  • Vous participez activement aux réunions de chantiers avec le client.
  • Vous assurez le suivi technique quotidien du chantier
  • Vous êtes le point de contact pour les Project Manager et Project Engineer
  • Vous effectuez les contrôles la coordination en plus des tâches d’exécution

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire au minimum d’un A2 en électromécanique ou électricité
  • Vous détenez le permis B afin de vous rendre sur chantier
  • Vous avez minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais afin de communiquer avec notre client sur ses chantiers ?
  • Vous vous sentez chez vous sur les chantiers ?
  • Vous êtes un bon communicateur et vous rédigez des rapports vers le responsable hiérarchique
  • Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et des méthodes de travail
  • Vous avez une connaissance élevée en électricité et vous savez lire un plan
