A key player in Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem, dedicated to strengthening care integration and enhancing healthcare delivery across the Community Care and Primary Care sectors is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

Lead procurement operations across the organization, delivering timely, cost-effective and business-aligned outcomes.
Provide strategic leadership to the procurement team, driving performance, accountability and operational excellence.
Oversee the end-to-end procurement and contract management lifecycle, ensuring effective sourcing, timely delivery and value for money.
Strengthen procurement governance, internal controls and risk management to uphold compliance, integrity and audit readiness.
Drive process optimisation and system enhancements to improve procurement efficiency, consistency and effectiveness.
Provide expert guidance on sourcing strategies, tender evaluations and contract management to support sound decision-making and fair outcomes.
Build strong stakeholder partnerships to align procurement priorities with business needs and sector objectives.
Oversee vendor performance and contractual obligations to maximise value, mitigate risks and ensure service delivery excellence.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Audit and Risk teams to address procurement risks and maintain robust governance standards.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
Minimum15 years of procurement experience and 6 years in a management role.
Proven track record in leading teams and overseeing end-to-end procurement operations.
Candidates with experience navigating public-sector environments with diverse stakeholder groups will be advantageous
Strong stakeholder and interpersonal skills
