Über den

**DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN

Offerten\- und Vertragswesen** Erstellung und Formatierung von Angeboten gemäß den internen Verfahren. Überprüfung der Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit der Vertragsunterlagen. Überwachung des Prozesses zur Freigabe und Unterzeichnung von Verträgen. Ablage, Archivierung und Aktualisierung der Vertriebs\- und Vertragsunterlagen. Verfolgung vertraglicher Fristen und Information der Vertriebsmitarbeiter über erforderliche Massnahmen.

Verkaufsadministration \& Schnittstellen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Vertriebs\- und Verwaltungsabläufe. Weiterleitung der für die Umsetzung der verkauften Projekte oder Dienstleistungen erforderlichen Informationen und Unterlagen an die zuständigen Abteilungen. Durchführung administrativer Mahnungen im Zusammenhang mit Angeboten, Verträgen oder Kundenakten. Bearbeitung von Informations\- und Dokumentenanfragen, die an die Vertriebsabteilung gerichtet sind.

Kundenbeziehungsmanagement Aktualisierung der Kundendaten in den Informationssystemen des Unternehmens. Mitwirkung an der Qualität der in den Vertriebsdatenbanken gespeicherten Informationen.

Reporting \& operativer Support: Erstellung von Verkaufsstatistiken, Berichten und ad\-hoc Präsentationen mit den entsprechenden Tools.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • 2\-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer kaufmännisch\-administrativen Funktion, im Vertriebsmanagement oder im Kundenservice
  • Erfahrung im B2B\-Bereich ist von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache) in Wort und Schrift sind unerlässlich.
  • Sehr gute Englisch\- oder/und ösischkenntnisse (min. B2\)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft\-Office\-Anwendungen
  • Routinemässige Nutzung eines CRM\- und/oder ERP\-Systems
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
