The Role

As a Customer Engagement Executive, you'll be the friendly face of our clients' brands at events and promotional campaigns. You'll talk with the public, understand what they need, and build genuine connections that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers in meaningful conversations at events and campaigns

Explain products and services clearly and with confidence

Build rapport and leave a positive impression with every customer

Work with your team to hit shared targets

Represent our company professionally at all times
