Σε περιμένουμε στα κεντρικά μας γραφεία στο Αιγάλεω, ως Υπάλληλο Εμπορικής Διαχείρισης Αποθεμάτων / Merchandise Allocator!

Στη Celestino, δεν βλέπουμε την εμπορική διαχείριση απλώς σαν αριθμούς και πίνακες – είναι το κλειδί που εξασφαλίζει ότι τα σωστά προϊόντα βρίσκονται στο σωστό σημείο, τη σωστή στιγμή. Το άτομο που θα κατέχει το ρόλο αυτό, θα είναι υπεύθυνο για τη σωστή διαχείριση των αποθεμάτων, τη διανομή προϊόντων στα φυσικά καταστήματα και το e-shop μας, με στόχο την ομαλή ροή και τη διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων.

Ποιες θα είναι οι αρμοδιότητές σου:

  • Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος αποθεμάτων σε καταστήματα & e-shop
  • Ανάλυση πωλήσεων και κίνησης προϊόντων για τη λήψη τεκμηριωμένων, data-driven αποφάσεων
  • Συντονισμός & εκτέλεση εντολών αποστολής προϊόντων
  • Προτάσεις για μετακινήσεις αποθέματος μεταξύ καταστημάτων, με βάση τη ζήτηση και τις τάσεις της αγοράς
  • Συμμετοχή σε προωθητικές ενέργειες (εκπτώσεις, προσφορές) για την αύξηση πωλήσεων και την επίτευξη στόχων - Οι καλύτερες λύσεις ξεκινούν από μια καλή πρόταση!
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα των logistics για αποτελεσματική και συνεχόμενη ροή προϊόντων
  • Δημιουργία αναφορών πωλήσεων & αποθεμάτων – προσφέροντας στην ομάδα καθαρή εικόνα και βάση για στρατηγικές κινήσεις
  • Ενημέρωση για τάσεις αγοράς & προϊόντων – ώστε η εμπορική στρατηγική να παραμένει σύγχρονη και ανταγωνιστική
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs & προετοιμασία reports για την εμπορική διεύθυνση

Τι θα θέλαμε να φέρεις εσύ:

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel και άνεση με πληροφοριακά συστήματα
  • Ευχέρεια στην Αγγλική γλώσσα, προφορικά και γραπτά
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα οργάνωσης που σε βοηθούν να διαχειρίζεσαι πολλαπλές εργασίες με ακρίβεια και συνέπεια
  • Άνεση στη συνεργασία με διαφορετικές ομάδες του οργανισμού, διατηρώντας πάντα θετική και επαγγελματική επικοινωνία
  • Εμπορική ματιά και ενδιαφέρον για τον κόσμο της μόδας
  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Logistics ή Εμπορία Μόδας θεωρείται επιπλέον προσόν
  • Προϋπηρεσία 2 ετών σε διαχείριση αποθεμάτων ή λιανικό εμπόριο, ιδανικά στον χώρο της μόδας, θα εκτιμηθεί
