Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής μας, αναζητάμε Υπεύθυνο/Υπεύθυνη - Store Manager, για τα κατάστημά μας στο Smart Park (Σπάτα), για να συμμετέχει στην καθοδήγηση της επιτυχίας μας !

Το ωράριό σου: Full Time / Πλήρης Απασχόληση

Ποιες θα είναι οι αρμοδιότητές σου:

  • Συμμετοχή σε όλες τις καθημερινές διαδικασίες του καταστήματος — We lead by doing
  • Συντονισμός και αποτελεσματική οργάνωση των λειτουργιών του καταστήματος
  • Ενεργός ρόλος στην αύξηση των πωλήσεων, συμβάλλοντας στην επίτευξη των εταιρικών στόχων
  • Εξασφάλιση της άρτιας και εμπορικής εικόνας του καταστήματος
  • Καθοδήγηση, διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας, με στόχο την ομαλή και αποδοτική υλοποίηση των εταιρικών διαδικασιών
  • Οργάνωση & σύνταξη του προγράμματος βαρδιών της ομάδας
  • Διασφάλιση της θετικής εμπειρίας πελάτη από κάθε μέλος της ομάδας και υποστήριξη σε περιπτώσεις απαιτητικών ή δύσκολων περιστατικών
  • Τήρηση πλήρους συμμόρφωσης με τις εταιρικές πολιτικές και διαδικασίες

Τι θα θέλαμε να φέρεις εσύ:

  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, θετική διάθεση και αγάπη για την εξυπηρέτηση
  • Ηγετικές ικανότητες και εμπειρία (Επιθυμητή εμπειρία 2 ετών σε παρόμοιους ρόλους)
  • Καλή γνώση επιχειρηματικών δεικτών
  • Γνώση προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και τεχνικών πώλησης
  • Άνεση στη χρήση ταμειακών συστημάτων και εργαλείων πώλησης
  • Ικανότητα ανάδειξης της εμπορικής εικόνας μέσα από σωστό στήσιμο και merchandising
  • Γνώση βασικών αρχών εργατικής νομοθεσίας
  • Ευελιξία σε κυλιόμενα ωράρια
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση Αγγλικών
