En Celsur nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Calidad para ra sumarse a nuestro equipo de Calidad, Seguridad y Ambiente (CSA), con el desafío de liderar y acompañar el Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG) de Celsur, promoviendo su mejora continua, la estandarización de procesos y una cultura de calidad en todas nuestras operaciones.

La posición tendrá un rol clave en el seguimiento del cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, la gestión de auditorías, el tratamiento de hallazgos y no conformidades, y el acompañamiento a los equipos en la implementación de acciones de mejora.

Principales responsabilidades

• Liderar la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua del Sistema Integrado de Gestión, con foco en los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001.

• Elaborar, actualizar y controlar la documentación del SIG: procedimientos, matrices, formularios y registros.

• Planificar y ejecutar el programa de auditorías internas y brindar soporte durante auditorías externas de certificación y auditorías de clientes.

• Gestionar hallazgos y no conformidades, realizando análisis de causa raíz y seguimiento de las acciones correctivas hasta su cierre.

• Elaborar y mantener actualizadas las matrices de riesgos y oportunidades del SIG.

• Promover la cultura de calidad y mejora continua mediante capacitaciones, sensibilización y acompañamiento a los equipos operativos.

• Realizar el seguimiento de indicadores del SIG y colaborar en la preparación de la documentación para la revisión por la Dirección.

• Ser referente de las Normas ISO dentro de la organización.

Requisitos

  • ​​​​​Contar con al menos 3 años de experiencia en implementación de sistemas de gestión de calidad.
  • Formación académica en Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines a Calidad.
  • Contar con certificación en ISO 9001 (Auditor Interno / Lead Auditor).
  • Conocimientos de ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 19011.
  • Experiencia en análisis de causa raíz: árbol de causa, 5 Por Qué, Ishikawa u otras metodologías.
  • Experiencia en elaboración de procedimientos y matrices de riesgo.
  • Experiencia en planificación y ejecución de auditorías internas y externas.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado, indicadores y KPIs.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en General Rodríguez, con disponibilidad para desplazarse a las distintas operaciones de Celsur.
