Descripción del puesto: Inspector de Mantenimiento Eléctrico

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Inspeccionar las instalaciones, equipos y sistemas eléctricos, verificando su condición operativa y el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos y de seguridad.
  • Supervisar y controlar la ejecución de los trabajos de mantenimiento eléctrico preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, tanto de personal propio como de empresas contratistas.
  • Detectar anomalías y riesgos eléctricos, emitir diagnósticos técnicos y coordinar las acciones correctivas necesarias para asegurar la disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, permisos de trabajo, bloqueos y consignaciones eléctricas antes y durante cada intervención.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de planes, órdenes de trabajo y actividades programadas, controlando avances, calidad, plazos y cierre documental.
  • Analizar fallas y eventos recurrentes, participando en la identificación de causas raíz y en la definición de mejoras que aumenten la confiabilidad de las instalaciones.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros de inspección, informes técnicos, historial de equipos y documentación asociada al mantenimiento eléctrico.
  • Coordinar con Operaciones y otras áreas involucradas la disponibilidad de equipos, recursos y condiciones requeridas para ejecutar las tareas de forma segura.
  • Controlar el uso adecuado de herramientas, instrumentos de medición, materiales y repuestos, informando necesidades y desvíos detectados.
  • Promover una cultura de trabajo seguro, ordenado y orientado a la mejora continua, reportando incidentes, condiciones inseguras y oportunidades de optimización.
  • Cumplir con la aplicación de las Normas de la calidad, Seguridad e Higiene , Medio Ambiente, y eficiencia Energética tanto para el personal propio como contratado.

Requisitos

Formación: Ingeniería Electromecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica o carreras afines.

Deseable: Formación en temas vinculados a energía

Competencias: Trabajo en equipo,comunicación,proactividad,orientación a resultados.

Experiencia: Preferentemente no inferior a 3 años en funciones similares.
