O Assistente Comercial é responsável por auxiliar nas atividades do setor comercial, como atendimento a clientes, elaboração de propostas comerciais, acompanhamento de vendas, captações de clientes externos e internos entre outras atividades. Este cargo é destinado a estagiários ou pessoas que buscam o primeiro emprego que desejam adquirir experiência na área comercial.

  • Realizar atendimento a clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas e fornecendo informações sobre produtos e serviços da empresa.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de propostas comerciais, para gerar maior número de captações de clientes.
  • Acompanhar o processo de vendas, desde a prospecção de clientes até o pós-venda, garantindo a satisfação do cliente.
  • Realizar follow-up com clientes em potencial, buscando fechar novos negócios e aumentar a carteira de clientes.
  • Participar de reuniões e treinamentos para aprimorar seus conhecimentos sobre os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela empresa.
  • Manter o sistema de gestão comercial atualizado, inserindo informações sobre clientes e contratos.
  • Colaborar com a equipe de vendas na elaboração de estratégias para aumentar as vendas e atingir as metas estabelecidas.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos comerciais, sugerindo ideias e soluções para otimizar a performance da equipe.
  • Desenvolver relatórios de desempenho comercial, apresentando indicadores e propondo ações para melhorar os resultados.
  • Manter um relacionamento próximo com os clientes, buscando entender suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções personalizadas.
