Uvjeti:

  • završen sveučilišni ili stručni studij društvenog ili humanističkog usmjerenja; prednost imaju socijalni rad, psihologija, socijalna pedagogija, pravo i srodna područja
  • najmanje 10 godina radnog iskustva
  • iskustvo u radu sa ženama i djecom žrtvama nasilja te drugim ranjivim skupinama
  • razvijene organizacijske, komunikacijske i rukovoditeljske vještine
  • odgovornost, samostalnost, empatija i sposobnost postupanja u kriznim situacijama
  • vozačka dozvola B kategorije poželjna
  • spremnost na terenski rad te povremeni rad izvan uobičajenog radnog vremena, prema potrebama korisnica i Skloništa

Prednost: iskustvo u vođenju ustanove, skloništa, savjetovališta ili programa socijalne skrbi te poznavanje rada s institucijama i organizacijama civilnog društva.

Opis poslova:

  • organizira i vodi svakodnevni rad Skloništa za žene i djecu žrtve nasilja u obitelji
  • pruža podršku korisnicama u skladu s njihovim potrebama, sigurnosnim procjenama i individualnim planovima podrške
  • sudjeluje u prijemu korisnica, procjeni rizika, izradi sigurnosnih planova i planiranju njihova izlaska iz Skloništa
  • prati poštivanje pravila boravka, kućnog reda i sigurnosnih mjera te poduzima potrebne korake u slučaju njihova kršenja
  • koordinira rad zaposlenika i vanjskih suradnika, organizira raspored rada i redovito prenosi važne informacije timu
  • surađuje s Hrvatskim zavodom za socijalni rad, policijom, zdravstvenim i obrazovnim ustanovama, sudovima, jedinicama lokalne i regionalne samouprave te drugim organizacijama
  • vodi i nadzire evidencije, dokumentaciju, planove rada i izvještaje vezane uz rad Skloništa i korisnice
  • brine o povjerljivosti podataka, zaštiti identiteta korisnica i sigurnosti lokacije Skloništa
  • brine o svakodnevnom funkcioniranju objekta, uključujući nabavu hrane, higijenskih potrepština, sredstava za čišćenje i drugih potrebnih materijala
  • prati stanje objekta i opreme, organizira redovno održavanje te prijavljuje i koordinira popravke i hitne intervencije
  • vodi računa o sigurnim i primjerenim uvjetima boravka korisnica i djece, uključujući urednost, funkcionalnost i opremljenost prostora
  • organizira postupanje u hitnim situacijama i surađuje s nadležnim službama kada je potrebno
  • sudjeluje u pripremi i provedbi projekata, donatorskih aktivnosti i izvještavanja o radu Skloništa
  • obavlja i druge poslove povezane s organizacijom i kvalitetnim funkcioniranjem Skloništa

Terenski rad: da. Strani jezici, informatička znanja i stručni ispit: nisu posebno propisani; poznavanje rada na računalu je poželjno.
