Stručna sprema:

- završeno srednjoškolsko obrazovanje za medicinsku sestru/tehničara

Posebni uvjeti rada:

- položen stručni ispit,

- odobrenje za samostalan rad izdano od strane nadležne komore (licenca)

- poznavanje rada na računalu,

- da ne postoji zapreka iz čl. 261. Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi.

Opis poslova:

- prati opće zdravstveno stanje

- promatra i evidentira opći izgled, funkcionalnost, promjene ponašanja i drugih pokazatelja zdravstvenih teškoća, mjerenje tlaka, pulsa, temperature, šećera u krvi, saturacije kisika,

- pojačano prati korisnika pod psihofarmakoterapijom i korisnika u pogoršanom zdravstvenom stanju,

- organizira pružanje zdravstvenih usluga

- prati korisnika pri ostvarivanju usluga primarne zdravstvene zaštite i specijalističkih zdravstvenih usluga,

- provodi mjere sprječavanja intrahospitalnih infekcija,

- surađuje s liječnikom obiteljske medicine i liječnicima specijalistima,

- naručuje lijekove,

- pruža hitnu pomoć u sklopu svoje osposobljenosti, do dolaska liječnika,

- pomaže pri obavljanju osobne higijene, pri oblačenju i svlačenju korisnika,

- pomaže pri hranjenju i hidraciji korisnika,

- prati ponašanje i navike korisnika, sudjeluje u pripremana za spavanje i buđenje korisnika, vrši nadzor nad korisnicima tijekom noći, provodi potrebne aktivnosti tijekom noći,

- održava higijenu posteljine korisnika,

- održava higijenu prostora,

- vrši dezinfekciju pomagala i ostalog upotrijebljenog pribora, sterilizaciju instrumenata, materijala za previjanje,

- provodi preventivne mjere za sprječavanje dekubitusa, kontraktura, tromboze i respiratornih komplikacija,

- neposredno pruža zdravstvene usluge

- provodi zdravstvenu njegu i medicinske terapeutske zahvate,

- donosi procjenu stanja rane, sanira rane,

- primjenjuje i poučava tehnikama pravilnog postavljanja i pomicanja korisnika,

- pomaže pri transferu teško pokretnih i nepokretnih korisnika,

- provodi tehnike prikupljanja uzoraka, krvi, urina i stolice - daje lijekove, kontrolira pijenje lijekova,

- vodi temeljnu dokumentaciju,

- nadzire rad njegovateljica i educira,

- sudjeluje u stručnim tijelima Centra,

- potiče i promiče stručni rad,

-obavlja i druge poslove po nalogu voditelja i ravnatelja u skladu sa stručnom - spremom i radnim iskustvom.

- za svoj rad odgovora voditelju i ravnatelju.
