Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, commission, and maintain ELV and security systems at customer sites. Provide technical and customer support, including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and resolution of system-related issues. Conduct site visits for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support. Coordinate with project teams, customers, system integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Configure system software, hardware, devices, and integrations in accordance with project requirements. Prepare technical documentation, service reports, installation reports, as-built documentation, and system handover documents. Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions for customers and end users. Support system testing, commissioning, and final handover activities. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions and recommendations. Maintain regular communication with customers, provide project and service updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of ELV, access control, CCTV, biometric, RFID, Time & Attendance, ID card printers and identification solutions. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with project and support teams. Good customer-facing and communication skills. Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and reports. Willingness to travel to customer sites as required; A valid driving license and own vehicle will be considered an advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a project and customer-support environment.
