Betriebsassistent 100% (m/w) – CENTER BAR AND KITCHEN

Be a \- Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen administrativen Betriebsablaufes
  • Erstellung der Tagesabrechnungen sowie der Wochenabschlüsse gemäss Vorgaben der Geschäftsleitung
  • Stundenkontrolle sowie Führen der Dienstpläne im Zeiterfassungssystem Abaplan
  • Durchführung der Inventuren sowie Verantwortung für die Lagerbewirtschaftung
  • Führung des Bestellwesens
  • Aktive Unterstützung an der Front im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung der Leitung im operativen und administrativen Alltag
  • Kontrolle des F\&B\-Bereichs inkl. Verwaltung der Online\-Tools und der Kasse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem F\&B\-Team
  • Betreuung der Social\-Media\-Kanäle inkl. Content\-Erstellung sowie Kontrolle der Website
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und laufender Austausch mit den Headquarters HR, F\&B und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Professionelles Beantworten von Gästereviews und Rezensionen

Be a \- Ihr Profil

  • Sie können den Arbeitsbeginn um 03:30 am Flughafen sicherstellen
  • Hohe Flexibilität für \- und Spätschichten
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung EFZ oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie sowie in einer Führungsfunktion
  • Ausgeprägte Freundlichkeit und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Erste Führungserfahrungen sowohl im operativen als auch im administrativen Bereich
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
