The posting

I Center for Dagtilbud & Skoler søger vi en løn- og økonomimedarbejder til vores LØB-enhed (Løn, Økonomi og Budget). Her bliver du en del af et fagligt stærkt team på 9 medarbejdere, som understøtter kommunens dagtilbud, skoler og klubber.

Dine opgaver Du bliver ansvarlig for løn- og økonomiopgaver for en række institutioner og bliver en vigtig sparringspartner for de lokale ledelser.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Ansættelse og oprettelse af nye medarbejdere
  • Løn- og personaleadministration
  • Budgetopfølgning og økonomisk sparring med ledere
  • Opfølgning på refusioner ved sygdom, barsel og andet fravær
  • Håndtering af regninger og betalingsplaner

Du skal bidrage til, at institutionerne har et solidt økonomisk grundlag for deres beslutninger, og du bliver en vigtig samarbejdspartner i den daglige drift.

Vi søger dig, som

  • Har erfaring med løn- og økonomiopgaver, gerne fra en kommune
  • Har flair for tal og økonomisk forståelse
  • Arbejder struktureret og selvstændigt
  • Er god til at samarbejde og skabe relationer
  • Trives med at rådgive og understøtte ledere

Kendskab til kommunale overenskomster, herunder DLF, BUPL og FOA, er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
