Er du den Social- og sundhedshjælper vi mangler på Præstø Plejecenter?

Vi mangler dig, der er uddannet Social- og sundhedshjælper, som vil være med på rejsen af den fortsatte implementering af ældreloven og den fælles faglige udvikling.

Du vælger selv, om du primært ønsker fast dagvagt eller fast aftenvagt.

Vi er et plejecenter med 39 boliger, fordelt på 3 afdelinger Vi ligger inde på et Multicenter, hvor både foreningsliv, hjemmepleje og rehabilitering også har hjemme. Lige udenfor døren har vi naturskønne omgivelser og masser af liv og grin fra den lokale folkeskole.

I en dagvagt vil du opleve at arbejde i små faste teams omkring 12-14 borgere pr. afdeling, men også at vi hjælper på tværs af huset, når der er brug for det.

I dagvagt varetager du plejen af 4-5 borgere, eller tilsvarende tyngde. Du har altid kolleger i nærheden, og vores faste sygeplejerske understøtter sygeplejefaglige problemstillinger.

I en aftenvagt er man 2 på hver afdeling, og der er som udgangspunkt altid en SSA til stede i huset. Vi fordeler os efter kompetencer og kendskab til beboerne, så alle er trygge. Her hjælper vi ligeledes på tværs, da tyngden i afdelingerne kan variere.

Der er hver uge forskellige aktiviteter for beboerne, som afvikles af bl.a. frivillige cykelpiloter, bevægelsesteam, aktivitetsmedarbejder og andre frivillige.

Vi mangler dig der:

  • Er uddannet Social- og sundhedshjælper
  • Kommer med godt humør og arbejdsglæde
  • Vil arbejde borgercentreret
  • Er fagligt nysgerrig og ønsker udvikling og læring
  • Vil arbejde fast dagvagt (30-37 timer) eller fast aftenvagt (28-32 timer)
  • Vil arbejde hver 2. weekend

Vi afholder løbende samtaler.
