  • Evaluate incident reports for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with CSD policies, procedures, and applicable funding source requirements.
  • Identify sensitive or time-sensitive compliance concerns and escalate them to the appropriate leadership teams.
  • Run, review, and analyze internal reports using Monday.com boards, CentralReach, and other reporting systems.
  • Maintain organized and confidential records of incident reports, investigations, follow-up activities, and compliance documentation.

  • Support the development, review, and revision of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Help communicate policy updates and compliance expectations through team meetings, staff emails, and other internal communication channels.
  • Assist with external payor audits, including preparing documentation, gathering requested information, and supporting ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Monitor compliance trends and recurring documentation concerns to help identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Clinical Operations, Training, and regional leadership to support consistent compliance practices across the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment when handling sensitive employee, client, and organizational information.
  • Perform additional duties and compliance-related projects as assigned.

What's required from you?

  • High school diploma or associate degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related professional experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to review incidents, gather relevant information, and accurately document witness statements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reports, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
  • Ability to recognize sensitive or time-sensitive situations and determine when escalation is appropriate.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
