The posting

Center for Social Indsats har en ledig stilling som fast nattevagt. Stillingerne er fuldtidsansættelser, dog er vi åbne hvis andet timetal ønskes - mellem 32,5-37 timer/uge. Du skal forvente, at der arbejdes hver anden weekend.

Vi ser gerne, at du er uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent med lysten og motivationen til at indgå i et udviklende job

Som nattevagt ved Skovvang, Lillelund og Welschsvej, bliver du en del af Center for Social Indsats under Socialafdelingen i Holstebro Kommune, som arbejder med en helt særlig målgruppe, som består af borgere fra 18 år med særlige komplekse udfordringer i form af misbrug, hjemløshed, psykiske og sociale problemer i varierende grad og omfang.

Vi søger en ny kollega som har lysten til at støtte denne komplekse målgruppe, da de har behov for støtten.

Vi søger primært en kollega til Nattevagtsteamet på Skovvang, men vagter kan forekomme de 2 andre steder ved ferie og sygdom. Natberedskabet har både teammøder og kollegial sparring med psykolog.

Vi søger en kollega, der kunne se sig selv i en fastansættelse med 7/7 ordning.

Du vil kunne forvente

  • at blive en del af vores team for natberedskab, hvoraf der nu i alt er 12 vågne vagter

Vi forventer at du

  • er uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent
  • meget gerne har erfaring med at arbejde om natten
  • har erfaring med og fornemmelse for arbejdet med målgruppen af udsatte borgere
  • er ansvarlig og skaber naturlig tillid og respekt om din person og er en god kollega
  • kender egne grænser, styrker og svage sider
  • har en god situationsfornemmelse og kan balancere mellem tålmodighed og konsekvens
  • En vigtig færdighed er at kunne yde basal omsorg og udøvende ro givende pædagogik
