Bij Center Parcs De Vossemeren draait Discovery Bay om avontuur, beleving en samen plezier maken. Als Leidinggevende zorg jij er samen met je team voor dat onze gasten zich welkom voelen en kunnen genieten van een veilige en goed georganiseerde activiteit. Je staat dicht bij je team én dicht bij onze gasten: je coacht medewerkers op de vloer, bewaakt de kwaliteit en springt zelf mee in waar nodig.

In deze functie combineer je leidinggeven met een actieve rol op de werkvloer. Je werkt zelf mee als piraat in Discovery Bay en steekt ook de handen uit de mouwen bij onderhouds- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden.

Jouw dagelijkse impactJe geeft dagelijks leiding aan het team, coacht medewerkers tijdens de openingsuren en zorgt voor een warme, gastgerichte aanpak.

  • Je werkt actief mee op de vloer, onder andere in de rol van piraat, en helpt mee bij het uitvoeren van programma’s, activiteiten en speciale events.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de aangeboden activiteiten, grijpt waar nodig direct in en neemt binnen je verantwoordelijkheden beslissingen om de gastbeleving te waarborgen.
  • Je ziet commerciële kansen tijdens de openingsuren, stimuleert je team om deze te benutten en draagt bij aan optimale verkoopresultaten.
  • Je zorgt samen met je team voor een verzorgde Discovery Bay en werkt mee aan onderhoud, schoonmaak, milieu- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en de begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers en
  • Je bent een enthousiaste peoplemanager die graag tussen de medewerkers en gasten staat en energie krijgt van een actieve rol op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent gastgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld en weet ook tijdens drukke momenten rustig en duidelijk leiding te geven.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, verantwoordelijk en flexibel en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om mee te werken als piraat én bij onderhouds- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden.
  • Je bent flexibel, werkt graag samen en bent bereid op verschillende momenten, waaronder weekends en vakantie s, te werken.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels, hebt basiskennis van Frans en bij voorkeur ook notie van Duits.
