In Discovery Bay draait alles om avontuur, plezier en beleving. Als Medewerker Discovery Bay ben je één van onze piraten en zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten zich welkom voelen, veilig kunnen deelnemen aan de activiteiten en met een grote glimlach weer naar huis gaan.

Jouw dagelijkse impact

  • Je begeleidt gasten bij verschillende activiteiten in Discovery Bay en zorgt voor een enthousiaste en veilige ervaring.
  • Je ontvangt en informeert gasten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat hij of zij kan verwachten.
  • Je houdt toezicht tijdens activiteiten en grijpt op een rustige en doortastende manier in wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bereidt activiteiten en materialen voor en zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een nette, veilige en goed onderhouden omgeving.
  • Je werkt actief mee op de vloer en springt flexibel bij waar nodig om gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring te bezorgen.
  • Je bent enthousiast, energiek en krijgt energie van werken met gasten en activiteiten.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het werken met kinderen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk en alert en vindt veiligheid minstens zo belangrijk als plezier.
  • Je bent flexibel, werkt graag samen en bent bereid op verschillende momenten, waaronder weekends en vakantie s, te werken.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels, hebt basiskennis van Frans en bij voorkeur ook notie van Duits.
