Vi söker en Byggledare Bana till Trafikverket.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Skövde.

Tjänsten är på heltid.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Vi söker en banteknisk byggledare som resurskonsult i rollen som underhållsingenjör Bana i baskontrakt Västra Götaland Öst samt till mindre projekt i väst.

Som Byggledare Bana stödjer du Baskontrakt järnväg Västra Götaland Öst (VGÖ) och mindre projekt i väst med teknisk kompetens inom banteknik. Du är en viktig resurs för uppföljning samt analys av fel och störningar i anläggningen och verksamheten. Dagarna varierar mellan fält och kontor, och du arbetar både självständigt och i team.

En förutsättning för uppdraget är god erfarenhet av administrativa arbetsuppgifter samt goda kunskaper i Word och Excel. I uppdraget ingår överföring av kunskap till anställda på Trafikverket avseende de arbetsuppgifter som resurskonsulten utför.

Arbetsuppgifter

Agera tekniskt stöd åt Trafikverkets projektledare och team inom ramen för BAS-kontrakt järnväg och mindre projekt.

Stötta både interna och externa intressenter med lokal och regional kunskap om distriktets verksamhet, anläggningstillstånd och behov.

Diskutera tekniska lösningar med entreprenörer och samverka med entreprenörer inom ramen för BAS-kontrakt järnväg.

Analysera behov, beställa och kontrollera/följa upp underhållsarbeten både administrativt och i fält.

Delta på teammöten, APT med mera.

Delta i och ansvara för produktionstekniska möten med entreprenörerna.

Delta på övriga möten där behov uppstår.

Följa upp utförda arbeten ute i fält.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Du ska kunna uttrycka dig väl på svenska språket i både tal och skrift.

Du ska ha erfarenhet från arbete i projektgrupper där samordning varit viktig.

Du ska ha B-körkort.

Du ska ha minst 3 års arbetserfarenhet (som byggledare eller i arbetsledande funktion så som produktionsledare, arbetsledare, platschef eller motsvarande i bygg/anläggningsprojekt) inom det aktuella teknikområdet (Byggledare Bana järnväg). Arbetserfarenheten ska ej vara äldre än 10 år.

Du ska ha kännedom om lagar och förordningar samt standarder och föreskrifter inom aktuellt område.

Du ska ha genomgått BASÄSKYDD.

Du ska ha minst 4 års arbetserfarenhet som byggledare inom banteknik (järnvägsmiljö). Arbetserfarenheten ska ej vara äldre än 10 år.

Du ska ha behörighet som Tillsyningsman A-/E-/L-skydd samt vägvakt i trafikeringssystem H, M och S.
