The posting

Vi söker en byggledare/produktionssakkunnig inom väg och anläggning till Trafikverket.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Göteborg och uppdraget omfattar arbete vid ATK-markplatser inom Region Västra.

Uppdraget omfattar i nuläget cirka 38 mätplatser. Omfattningen bedöms till cirka 20 timmar per mätplats, exklusive restid.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Uppdraget avser kontraktsuppföljning av en utförandeentreprenad för ATK-markplatser inom Trafikverkets Region Västra. Konsulten ska bistå projektledningen med kompetens inom mark och geoteknik för att säkerställa byggherreansvar och kravuppföljning av entreprenadkontraktet.

Projektet omfattar anläggning av mätplatser för automatiska trafiksäkerhetskontroller med bland annat kamerafundament, skyltning, driftficka, räcke/kantmarkeringsstolpe, kabelskåp och kanalisation för elkraft.

Konsulten ska arbeta systematiskt med kontraktsuppföljning och bidra till att avvikelser från projekterad lösning identifieras och hanteras. Arbetet inleds med mottagningskontroll och förberedelser inför entreprenadstart. Under byggtiden ligger fokus på uppföljning av entreprenadens utförande och kvalitet.

Arbetsuppgifter

Genomföra byggplatskontroller och följa entreprenadens utförande mot kontraktshandlingar.

Upprätta och följa upp kontrollprogram och kontrollplaner baserade på riskvärdering och kontraktskrav.

Följa upp entreprenörens kvalitetsstyrning, arbetsberedningar, riskhantering, mätningar och provningar.

Genomföra ronder och tillsyn samt medverka vid syner och besiktningar.

Följa upp mängder, tidplan, framdrift och ekonomisk reglering.

Bereda beslutsunderlag för ÄTA samt mängd- och kostnadsregleringar.

Medverka vid byggmöten, avstämningsmöten och övriga projektmöten samt rapportera genomförda kontroller och avvikelser.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Kunna uttrycka sig väl på svenska i tal och skrift.

B-körkort.

Minst 3 års arbetserfarenhet som byggledare eller i arbetsledande funktion, exempelvis produktionsledare, arbetsledare, platschef, byggplatsuppföljare eller motsvarande, inom aktuellt teknikområde. Erfarenheten får inte vara äldre än 10 år.

Kännedom om lagar, förordningar, standarder och föreskrifter inom aktuellt område.

Minst 5 års arbetserfarenhet som byggledare eller i arbetsledande funktion inom anläggning väg. Erfarenheten får inte vara äldre än 10 år och sysselsättningsgraden ska motsvara minst 60 % av heltid.

Goda kunskaper i AMA, gällande version.

Genomförd utbildning till byggarbetsmiljösamordnare, BAS-U. Utbildningen får inte vara äldre än 3 år.

Meriterande

Certifiering enligt TDOK 2018:0371 APV, minst Steg 3.0.

Arbetserfarenhet som byggledare eller i arbetsledande funktion från produktion av ATK-markplatser, servicefickor eller busshållplatser där entreprenaden omfattat minst 10 olika platser inom samma entreprenad.
