Vi söker en Contract Manager till en myndighet inom trafik för arbete med affärs- och avtalsfrågor i större spårvägsprojekt.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag med stationeringsort Stockholm.

Tjänsten är på heltid.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Vi söker en senior Contract Manager som ska fungera som strategiskt och operativt affärs- och avtalsstöd i större spårvägsprojekt i Stockholm.

Du arbetar nära projektledning och chefer med kommersiella frågor genom hela projektens livscykel, från affärs- och upphandlingsstrategier till genomförande, avtalsuppföljning och förhandlingar.

Rollen innebär att hantera komplexa entreprenadkontrakt, identifiera kommersiella risker och stödja projektorganisationen i avtalsfrågor, ändringsarbeten och tvister. Du samverkar med projektledning, juridik, upphandling och externa leverantörer.

Arbetsuppgifter

Ge strategiskt och operativt stöd i kommersiella frågor, affärsupplägg och avtalsstrategier.

Leda och delta i avtalsförhandlingar med entreprenörer och leverantörer.

Stödja upphandlingar och utformning av avtalsstruktur, ersättningsmodeller och riskfördelning.

Hantera och följa upp entreprenadkontrakt enligt AB 04 och ABT 06, inklusive ÄTA, avvikelser och tvister.

Identifiera kommersiella risker och föreslå åtgärder för att förebygga konflikter.

Följa upp leverantörers prestation och hantera tilläggsavtal, omförhandlingar och avtalsändringar.

Ta fram kontraktuella texter, stödja skriftväxling och utveckla rutiner för avtalsförvaltning.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Högskoleutbildning motsvarande minst kandidatexamen (180 hp) inom teknik, juridik eller ekonomi.

Minst 12 års sammanlagd dokumenterad erfarenhet från ledande roller inom affärsförvaltning, affärsrådgivning, kommersiell styrning eller motsvarande funktion inom bygg-, anläggnings- eller infrastrukturprojekt. Exempelvis som affärschef, kommersiell chef, kontraktschef, uppdragschef eller projektchef med ansvar för affärs- eller kontraktsfrågor.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet som chef eller projektledare från minst 2 projekt eller verksamheter där kontraktsvärdet eller omsättningen uppgått till minst 1 miljard kronor per projekt eller verksamhet.

Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av praktisk tillämpning av både AB 04 och ABT 06 inom bygg-, anläggnings- eller infrastrukturprojekt, exempelvis genom kontraktshantering, förhandlingar, ÄTA, tvister eller kommersiella frågor.

Flytande svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

Dokumenterad erfarenhet från minst ett projekt inom järnväg, spårväg eller tunnelbana.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att företräda beställare eller entreprenör i tvist, skiljeförfarande, medling eller annan formaliserad tvistelösningsprocess inom bygg-, anläggnings- eller infrastrukturprojekt med ett kontraktsvärde om minst 300 miljoner kronor.
