The posting

Vi söker nu en dokumentationsansvarig till ett uppdrag hos en statlig myndighet inom energisektorn i Göteborg.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Göteborg.

Uppdraget omfattar 80–100 %.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Kunden genomför en omfattande utbyggnad och förstärkning av det svenska stamnätet. Uppdraget avser hantering av teknisk anläggningsinformation i stationsprojekt som bygger nya, bygger om eller förstärker elnätsstationer, främst gasisolerade ställverk (GIS) men även luftisolerade AC-stationer.

Du ingår i ett team av dokumentationsansvariga men arbetar till största delen i pågående stationsprojekt, i nära samarbete med projektorganisationer och tekniska specialister. Du ansvarar för den tekniska informationen från projektstart till överlämning, och den utgör ett viktigt underlag för drift, underhåll och långsiktig förvaltning. Arbetet kan delvis utföras på distans och resor förekommer några gånger per år.

Arbetsuppgifter

Delta i framtagandet av förfrågningsunderlag

Säkerställa att krav uppfylls av entreprenör

Samordna tekniska informationsleveranser internt och externt

Koordinera granskning av teknisk anläggningsdokumentation

Utföra ritningsteknisk granskning

Delta i arbetsmöten för att driva dokumentationsprocesser framåt

Läsa in granskad och godkänd information i kundens system för tillgångsförvaltning

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Högskole- eller universitetsutbildning om 180 hp inom teknik.

Minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet i rollen som dokumentationsansvarig, dokumentationscontroller, datasamordnare eller annan likvärdig roll med övergripande och självständigt ansvar för teknisk anläggningsinformation i anläggningsprojekt för GIS-stationer.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet (heltid) från arbete i projekt inom transmissions- eller regionnät, exempelvis kraftstationer, ställverk eller större elnätsanläggningar.

Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med överlämning av minst ett projekt avseende dokumentation (relationshandlingar, drift- och underhållsdokumentation) till drift- och förvaltningsorganisation.

Erfarenhet av att arbeta i system för tillgångsförvaltning, exempelvis IFS.

Meriter

Minst 1 års erfarenhet av att ha utvecklat processer och stödjande dokument på strategisk nivå i en organisation (ej enskilt projekt).

Aktuell erfarenhet av att ha arbetat i systemet Alfresco under de senaste fem åren som användare eller administratör i ett projekt eller en verksamhet.
