The posting

Vi söker en fastighetsförvaltare till ett statligt ägt energiföretag för ett uppdrag inom FM Hard.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Stockholm.

Tjänsten är på heltid.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Uppdraget innebär ansvar för teknisk förvaltning och fastighetsdrift inom tilldelat område, vilket omfattar fastigheter, anläggningar och kontor.

Rollen omfattar operativt ansvar för drift och leveransuppföljning samt samverkan med interna intressenter och externa leverantörer. Fokus ligger på att säkerställa kostnadseffektiv drift enligt budget samt uppnå kvalitets- och hållbarhetsmål och säkerställa leverans enligt avtal.

Arbetsuppgifter

Ansvara för leverans, styrning och optimering av verksamheten.

Ansvara för den dagliga driften av fastigheter och tekniska system.

Följa upp leveranser, kostnader och kvalitet inom ansvarsområdet.

Ta fram och följa upp driftbudget tillsammans med leverantörer.

Säkerställa leverans enligt avtalade KPI:er och OPI:er.

Samverka med fastighetsägare och deras driftentreprenörer samt vara operativ kontaktpunkt gentemot verksamheten.

Driva kontinuerliga förbättringar och operativ utveckling inom RE&FM.

Säkerställa tydlig kommunikation och rapportering på svenska och engelska.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Du ska ha erfarenhet av teknisk förvaltning och fastighetsdrift.

Du ska ha kunskap inom tekniska system såsom HVAC, el, kyla, ventilation och säkerhet.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning och uppföljning.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av budgetarbete och kostnadsuppföljning.

Du ska ha flerårig erfarenhet inom både administrativ och teknisk fastighetsförvaltning.

Du ska ha erfarenhet från FM/RE-miljö.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av KPI/OPI-uppföljning och SLA-styrning.

Du ska kunna kommunicera flytande på svenska och engelska.
