The posting

Vi söker nu en investeringscontroller till ett uppdrag hos en myndighet inom kollektivtrafik i Stockholm.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Stockholm.

Uppdraget omfattar 80 % (32 timmar per vecka), med möjlighet till utökning upp till 100 %.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Som senior investeringscontroller förvaltar du de delar inom investeringsstyrning som redan fungerar väl och driver samtidigt effektivisering och utveckling av investeringsstyrningen för hela verksamheten. Du är senior och trygg i din kompetens inom redovisning och investeringsstyrning och arbetar inom verksamhetsstyrning och ekonomi, som ansvarar för planering och uppföljning av den löpande verksamheten och investeringsprojekten.

Arbetsuppgifter

Granska beslut för projekt om 50–100 mkr

Ansvara för frågor kopplat till riktlinje investeringar ÅIP; förvalta, anpassa och utbilda

Vara sammanhållande för ospecificerade investeringar understigande 100 mkr, med särskilt fokus på ersättnings- och IT-investeringar

Vara sammanhållande för driftskonsekvenser, driftsättningsplan och aktiveringsprognoser

Kvalitetssäkra kalkylmall samt metod och arbetssätt för kalkylmall

Vara samordningsansvarig för medfinansiering

Ansvara för förvaltning och leda utbildningar avseende Riktlinje Investering och ÅIP-processen som är en del av Riktlinjen God ekonomisk hushållning

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Magisterexamen i ekonomi.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av redovisning/bokslut.

Minst 9 års erfarenhet samlat av att arbeta som verksamhetscontroller inom verksamhetsområdena anläggning, IT och trafik.

Minst 4 års erfarenhet som controller inom investeringsstyrning och portföljstyrning.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet som controller inom offentlig verksamhet.

Meriter

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att arbeta i affärs- och analyssystem de senaste 8 åren (t ex Agresso och Hypergene).

Minst 4 års erfarenhet av att granska beslut inkl. kalkyler.

Minst 4 års erfarenhet av att förhålla sig till riktlinjer, tillvägagångssätt och regelefterlevnad inom investeringsområdet samt att stötta kollegor i arbetet med detta.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet som controller inom kollektivtrafikmyndighet.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av och förmåga att driva utveckling och förbättring av processer.
