Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Auxiliar na análise e liberação de crédito para clientes, conforme políticas internas;
  • Realizar cadastro e atualização de dados cadastrais de clientes;
  • Acompanhar títulos em aberto e identificar inadimplências;
  • Efetuar contato com clientes para cobrança (telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp);
  • Negociar prazos e condições de pagamento, conforme orientação da empresa;
  • Emitir e enviar boletos, faturas e demonstrativos de débito;
  • Realizar baixa de pagamentos e conciliação de recebimentos;
  • Controlar acordos realizados e acompanhar cumprimento;
  • Encaminhar casos críticos para análise superior;
  • Manter organização de documentos financeiros e registros de cobrança;
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas conforme necessidade do setor.

Para esta posição, esperamos que você tenha:

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável superior em andamento em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas);
  • Experiência com rotinas de crédito e cobrança será um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática (Excel e sistemas financeiros);
  • Noções de análise de crédito e matemática financeira básica;
