O Supervisor de Central de Vendas/Reservas é responsável por liderar e coordenar as operações diárias da central de reservas, garantindo excelência no atendimento ao cliente, maximização da receita e desenvolvimento contínuo da equipe.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições

Gestão de Processos de Vendas e Atendimento

  • Supervisionar o atendimento e o fechamento de vendas da equipe de reservas.
  • Identificar gargalos operacionais e implementar soluções para aumentar a produtividade do time.
  • Garantir a qualidade do speech de atendimento e a aplicação de técnicas eficazes de negociação.
  • Realizar auditoria contínua de reservas e conferir as tarifas aplicadas no sistema.
  • Treinar e desenvolver a equipe em atendimento, processos e ferramentas operacionais.

Análise de Dados, Indicadores e Relatórios

  • Acompanhar diariamente os indicadores da Central de Vendas.
  • Monitorar KPIs de performance do setor (Taxa de Ocupação, RevPAR, ADR, Taxa de Conversão e Produtividade).
  • Gerar relatórios de desempenho individual e coletivo.
  • Elaborar análises estratégicas para dar suporte à tomada de decisão da gestão.
  • Supervisionar e direcionar o time para o atingimento das metas de conversão e faturamento.
