Descriptif du poste :

Au sein du pôle médical, vous contribuez à la prévention, aux soins et à l’accompagnement des étudiants, afin de favoriser leur bien-être, leur réussite et leur accès aux soins.

Mission et activités :

  • Accueillir les étudiants pour tous types de demandes liées à la santé
  • Identifier les prises de risques en matière de conduites addictives, les problèmes psychologiques et les conduites alimentaires à risque, conseiller, informer et orienter si besoin
  • Orienter les étudiants vers d'autres thérapeutes, spécialistes et structures adaptées si besoin
  • Contribuer au dispositif d'accompagnement et d'intégration des étudiants en situation de handicap, assurer leur suivi tout au long de leur cursus, en lien avec le service de scolarité
  • Accueillir et suivre les étudiants internationaux: adapter la prise en charge et assurer leur suivi, (orientation, accompagnement spécifique, lien avec autres professionnels si besoin..)
  • Dispenser les soins relevant du rôle propre infirmiers et/ou prescrits dans le respect des droits de la personne, dans le souci de son éducation à la santé et en tenant compte de la personnalité de celle-ci dans ses composantes physiologique, psychologique, économique, sociale et culturelle.
  • Gérer la pharmacie de l'infirmerie
  • Assurer la transmission écrite de chaque consultation dans le dossier médical de l'étudiant.e et archiver tout document médical dans le logiciel adapté
  • Participer au soins d'urgences (premiers soins et relais vers les services d'urgence )
  • Participer aux réunions fonctionnelles pluridisciplinaires qui participent du suivi des étudiants (notamment avec le pôle handicap, le psychologue, l'assistante sociale, le service de scolarité, les professeurs, etc ) ainsi qu'aux instances, commissions et groupes de travail auxquels le pôle médico-social est invité
  • Impulser et coordonner des programmes de prévention et des actions d'éducation à la santé, et jouer un rôle de conseil et de relais avec les partenaires
  • Participer à l'amélioration de l'hygiène et de la sécurité, en veillant à la qualité de vie en études.
  • Accueillir et écouter les personnels du campus de Lyon-Ecully : Consultation pour besoin impérieux ou urgence, soins somatiques immédiats.

Conditions particulières du poste :

Cycle hebdomadaire de 37,30 H - 48,5 jours de congés - aménagement possible du temps de travail sur 4,5 jours - télétravail sous conditions.
