The posting

Vi søger en dygtig og engageret ernæringsassistent eller anden kostfaglig medarbejder til vores spritnye og topmoderne produktionskøkken i Thisted. Her producerer vi dagligt ca. 600 varme og kolde måltider til pleje- og socialcentrene i Thisted Kommune, og vores vigtigste opgave er at sikre god, velsmagende og ernæringsrigtig mad til vores beboere.

Vi lægger stor vægt på høj faglighed, madglæde og samarbejde, og vi søger derfor en kollega, der både værdsætter de klassiske køkkenhåndværk og kan bruge moderne værktøjer og metoder i hverdagen. Produktionen foregår blandt andet i store gryder og tidssvarende produktionsudstyr, hvilket betyder, at du bliver en vigtig del af processen og kommer helt tæt på fremstillingen af maden.

Vi lægger vægt på

  • At du har en relevant kostfaglig uddannelse (ernæringsassistent, gastronom, cater eller lignende).
  • At du har kendskab til IT og er villig til at bruge digitale værktøjer i din arbejdsdag.
  • At du er klar til at producere efter professionelle og standardiserede opskrifter samt følge vores procedurer og standarder.
  • At du har fokus på egenkontrol og HACCP, samt forstår vigtigheden af korrekt dokumentation og fødevaresikkerhed.
  • At du værdsætter teamwork og har fokus på god hygiejne og høj faglig kvalitet.
  • At du trives i en varieret og spændende hverdag.
  • At du har lyst og evne til at indgå i oplæringen og vejledningen af vores fremtidige elever og være med til at sikre, at de får en god og lærerig praktikperiode.
