Für unsere HR\-Abteilung in Lyss suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung dich als

HR Business Partner \& HR Service Center (a) 80%

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle von Eintritt bis Austritt
  • Verantwortlich für die Begleitung von Rekrutierungsprozessen
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung administrativer HR\-Aufgaben inklusive Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und weiteren Dokumenten
  • Sicherstellung des Payroll\-Prozesses sowie Aufbereitung und Kontrolle lohnrelevanter Daten und Mutationen
  • Korrekte und aktuelle Pflege der Personalstammdaten und HR\-Systemdaten
  • Koordination von Systemanpassungen und Unterstützung bei der Behebung von Fehlern in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in HR\-Prozessen und digitalen Anwendungen
  • Mitarbeit in HR\-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR\-Instrumenten und internen Prozessen

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur HR\-Fachperson oder ein Studium mit Vertiefung im HR\-Management oder ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR\-Funktion mit Payroll, administrativen und beratenden Aufgaben, vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse der HR\-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle sowie des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts
  • Erfahrung in der Personaladministration und in der Payroll
  • Ausgeprägte IT\- und Digitalisierungs\-Affinität sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR\-IT\-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Analytische und prozessorientierte Denkweise sowie Interesse an der Optimierung von HR\-Prozessen und Systemen
