As a Workplace Platform Engineer intern, you will get the opportunity to design, build, and/or improve a range of digital workplace platforms and end-user technologies. You will work closely under the guidance of a mentor to deliver your proof-of-concept or prototype (if required) that will make an impact to how employees experience technology at work.

Broad Deliverables
- Design & build a proof-of-concept or prototype advance digital workplace platforms and services that can be readily deployed
- Apply modern software and security engineering practices, ensuring platform reliability through SRE principles
- Document the findings of various technologies explored, and present to management and users on your system
Possible Projects*
- Engineer modern workplace experiences across Windows, macOS, mobile, and VDI platforms, focusing on performance, reliability, and usability.
- Design, build, and scale the modern workplace platforms, automating tasks and applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
- Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor device health and employee experience, and automate support workflows using AI agents and virtual assistants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver frictionless digital workplace platforms and participate in incident response and continuous improvement efforts.
Prerequisites/Skills Required
- Proficient with programming languages (PowerShell, Python, or similar) and exposure to DevOps/SRE practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
