ContratContrat à durée indéterminéeTaux d'occupation100Votre missionLe secrétaire médical du Call center médical participe au fonctionnement des secrétariats médicaux, en gérant pour plusieurs spécialités médicales, les appels téléphoniques entrants notamment des patients afin d'organiser leurs rendez-vous.Vos tâches principales Répondre aux appels téléphoniques externes des patients Vérifier les coordonnées administratives des patients en respectant les consignes d'identito-vigilance Prendre en charge la demande des patients selon les procédures de la spécialité médicale concernée, pour organiser les rendez-vous selon les procédures décrites dans le carrousel Collaborer avec les différents secrétariats médicaux concernés en cas de demande spécifique de la part du patient.Votre profilVous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme DAP ou BAC ou équivalent et vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle en secrétariat médical.Vous avez des connaissances techniques des processus (RV, admissions, courrier, dossiers, facturation).Vous possédez des compétences d'organisation, de priorisation et d'adaptation.Vous maîtrisez les logiciels bureautiques MS Office, notamment Excel, Word, mais aussi SAP R/3, Endobase, Iplan, EI-Pacs, Metavision, Opera, Medifirst, Digicare, OutlookVous maîtriser le français, l'anglais, le luxembourgeois et l'allemand.
