Votre mission : Le technicien de laboratoire exerce sa fonction sous la responsabilité du médecin/biologiste chef de service et du cadre soignant chef d'unité.Sur prescription médicale écrite préalable et dans un but de diagnostic, de traitement médical, de prévenir une maladie, il réalise ou contribue à la réalisation d'examens de laboratoire et ceci dans les domaines de biochimie clinique, d'hématologie, de bactériologie, de sérologie, d'immunopathologie, d'immunohématologie, d'immunogénétique, d'allergologie, de cytométrie, de cytogénétique, de biologie moléculaire et de biologie de procréation médicalement assistée. Il produit des résultats pour permettre un diagnostic, un traitement médical, prévenir une maladie,…. Il procède aux prélèvements sanguins, participe aux programmes de recherche, assure la maintenance des automates et contribue à la formation des stagiaires et nouveaux collaborateurs.Ses attributions sont décrites dans le règlement GD du 15 juillet 1969 (laborantin) et du 18 mars 1981 (ATM) ainsi que le règlement GD du 07 octobre 2010 sur le code de déontologie.Vos tâches principales : • Réaliser des actes techniques dans le respect des bonnes pratiques.• Communiquer et rendre compte de ses actes.• Valoriser la qualité des actes et contribuer à l'amélioration de la pratique professionnelle.• Assurer la maintenance et la logistique liées aux actes de laboratoire.• Former, accompagner et intégrer les nouveaux collaborateurs et les stagiaires. Votre profil : • Autorisation d'exercer la profession d'ATM de laboratoire ou laborantin au Luxembourg. • Connaissances linguistiques : Français, Luxembourgeois et Anglais technique. • Connaissance et capacité d'utilisation de l'outil informatique. • Compétences techniques : Compétences généralistes en biologie clinique • Aptitudes professionnelles : o respect de l'éthique et de la confidentialitéo faire preuve d'impartialité • Aptitudes personnelles : o sens relationnel développé, politesse, disponibilité, franchiseo travail en équipe, sens des responsabilités o sens de l'ordre, rigueur et méthode, capacités d'organisationo capacité d'adaptation aux nouveaux procédés d'analyse et volonté d'évolutiono sens des priorités, capacité à gérer les urgences et les situations de stresso capacité d'analyse, esprit de synthèse, curiosité intellectuelleo sens pédagogique.Horaires : 6h-14h30, 7h-15h, 13h-21h.
