Contexte --------

Le Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV) est l’un des cinq hôpitaux universitaires suisses, et figure parmi les meilleurs établissements hospitaliers au monde selon le classement Newsweek 2025\. Grâce à sa collaboration avec la Faculté de biologie et de médecine de l’Université de Lausanne et l’EPFL, il joue un rôle de référence dans les domaines des soins, de la recherche et de la formation.

Au sein de la Direction des ressources humaines (DRH), le personnel administratif fournit des services à près de 13’000 collaboratrices et collaborateurs en assurant l’accueil et le support administratif à toutes les unités de l’institution.

Parcours d’apprentissage (branche Santé Social) : plusieurs tournus dans des unités clés (admissions, centrale d’achats, facturation, administration des ressources humaines) pour bâtir une polyvalence solide au sein d’un environnement sensible et confidentiel.

Mission -------

  • Vous rédigez des dossiers, rapports, procès\-verbaux et de la correspondance professionnelle
  • Vous contrôlez, classez, archivez et actualisez les documents (papier/numérique) ; vous traitez des dossiers selon les procédures du service
  • Vous réceptionnez, triez et distribuez le courrier ; vous tenez à jour des bases de données (personnel, patients, fournisseurs)
  • Vous saisissez les factures après contrôle, passez les montants en comptes, suivez les paiements et éditez les rappels (jusqu’au recouvrement si requis)
  • Vous accueillez collaborateurs, patients et public, répondez au téléphone et renseignez avec tact et confidentialité
  • Vous gérez les agendas (réunions, salles), planifiez et organisez des rendez\-vous ; vous appuyez la logistique administrative
  • Vous préparez des statistiques et tableaux de suivi ; vous contribuez aux commandes et à la facturation
  • Vous appliquez les règles de protection des données et de confidentialité propre à chaque unité

Profil ------

  • Vous avez achevé votre scolarité obligatoire et souhaitez apprendre un métier administratif utile
  • Vous avez une aptitude à travailler en équipe et de manière autonome
  • Vous êtes logique et méthodique, avec une bonne mémoire, de la rigueur et de la proactivité
  • Vous êtes organisé\-e, fiable et flexible pour passer d’une activité à l’autre selon les besoins du service
  • Atouts : aisance avec les outils numériques, orthographe soignée, intérêt pour les langues (allemand/anglais)
