Votre mission :

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions au sein du pôle Enfants et Adolescents, vous assurez les évaluations cliniques, les bilans psychologiques, les diagnostics et l’élaboration de plans thérapeutiques adaptés. Vous prenez en charge les jeunes en suivis individuels, familiaux ou de groupe et gérez les situations cliniques relevant de votre domaine de compétence. Vous participez à l’encadrement des psychologues\-assistants et des stagiaires, collaborez avec les équipes médicales et soignantes dans une approche interdisciplinaire et participez aux piquets de journée pour les urgences psychologiques et psychiatriques.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en psychologie, d’un titre postgrade fédéral en psychothérapie ou d’un titre étranger reconnu par la Commission des professions de la psychologie (PsyCo).
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience significative en psychologie clinique auprès d’enfants et/ou d’adolescents, idéalement dans le domaine de la psychiatrie.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’évaluation et la prise en charge de jeunes présentant des troubles psychiques, des troubles des apprentissages, des difficultés comportementales ou des troubles du spectre de l’autisme (TSA).
  • Vous disposez d’une formation et/ou d’une expérience dans l’évaluation et l’accompagnement d’enfants et d’adolescents présentant des troubles du neurodéveloppement, notamment un trouble du spectre de l’autisme (TSA) ou un trouble du déficit de l’attention avec ou sans hyperactivité (TDAH), constitue un atout.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et savez collaborer étroitement avec les différents professionnels du réseau ainsi qu’avec les familles.
  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de flexibilité et de résistance au stress.
  • Vous êtes motivés par le travail auprès des enfants et des adolescents et souhaitez vous investir dans une prise en charge individualisée, interdisciplinaire et adaptée à leurs besoins.
