À Propos de nous :

En rejoignant notre équipe, vous ne serez pas simplement un professionnel des soins : vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de la qualité de vie de nos clients. Votre mission consistera à offrir des soins de qualité et une assistance directement à domicile.

En complément des soins, vous assurerez une aide pratique au quotidien, en accompagnant nos clients dans les tâches ménagères et les activités de la vie courante.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire et contribuerez activement au maintien du bien\-être de nos clients.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Diplôme correspondant à la fonction (reconnu en Suisse);
  • Flexibilité et polyvalence (déplacements sur nos 3 sites);
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de l'aide et des soins à domicile;
  • La capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire et de manière autonome;
  • La connaissances du réseau sanitaire, social et associatif du Canton;
  • De la réflexivité et une capacité d'adaptation;
  • La maitrise des outils informatiques usuels;
  • Compétences linguistiques : Français minimum B2;
  • Personne véhiculée (à l'aise à la conduite de montagne).
