Comptant plus de 600 collaborateurs, le Centre Patronal est une entreprise au service des entreprises et de l’économie privée, proposant notamment des prestations dans les domaines des assurances sociales, de la prévoyance professionnelle, du conseil juridique et économique ainsi que de la formation.

Dans le cadre de notre développement en Suisse alémanique, nous renforçons notre présence IT sur les sites de Berne et Zurich. Rattaché à notre équipe IT Operations basée à Paudex, vous êtes le point de contact de référence pour près de 100 collaborateurs. Présent régulièrement sur ces deux sites, vous les accompagnez au quotidien et assurez de manière autonome un support IT de proximité en tant que Coordinator IT and Technical Lead (h/f)

Vos missions

  • Être le référent IT des collaborateurs sur les sites de Berne et de Zurich, assurer un support technique et coordonner les demandes nécessitant l’intervention de l’équipe IT du siège à Paudex
  • Assurer la gestion et le bon fonctionnement du parc matériel, de l’équipements réseau et des connexions Wi\-Fi
  • Gérer les domaines externes et assurer un support informatique ponctuel auprès des clients
  • Apporter un soutien technique à l’organisation de webinaires et à l’utilisation du studio d’enregistrement
  • Accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs dans leur intégration informatique, de la préparation des équipements à la sensibilisation aux bonnes pratiques de cybersécurité
  • Assurer la mise à jour de la documentation technique et rédiger des guides d’utilisation en langue allemande
  • Contribuer aux déploiements de matériel et de logiciels (roll\-outs) et à la maintenance planifiée du parc informatique
  • Être le relai des métiers pour leurs applications, recueillir et qualifier les besoins d’évolution, accompagner les utilisateurs dans leurs usages et assurer le lien avec les équipes de Paudex pour en garantir la prise en charge

Votre profil

  • CFC d’informaticien, diplôme d’une école supérieure (ES), Bachelor HES en Informatique ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience minimale de 5 années dans le domaine IT ou dans une fonction similaire, avec une autonomie confirmée sur le terrain, idéalement dans un contexte multilingue
  • Une expérience dans un environnement IT transversal et polyvalent (PME, site décentralisé ou filiale autonome), ou une participation à des projets de fusion ou d’intégration IT, constitue un atout
  • Excellente maitrise de l’allemand (C1\-C2\), très bonnes connaissances de l’anglais ou du français (B2\-C1\). La maitrise du français constitue un atout supplémentaire
  • Solides connaissances des outils Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune et des infrastructures réseaux
  • Forte sensibilisation aux enjeux de cybersécurité, une expérience en webinar ou en studio d’enregistrement constitue un atout
  • Structuré, autonome et flexible
