Wat ga je doen?

Als Operationeel IT Recruiter ben jij dé schakel tussen talent en onze organisatie. Jij begrijpt dat goede IT’ers meer nodig hebben dan alleen een mooie functietitel. Jij luistert, vraagt door en weet precies hoe je de juiste match maakt.

Jouw taken

  • Proactief zoeken en benaderen van IT-professionals (o.a. developers, engineers, consultants)
  • Voeren van intakegesprekken met hiring managers
  • Screenen en interviewen van kandidaten
  • Begeleiden van het volledige recruitmentproces
  • Meedenken over employer branding en recruitmentstrategieën
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk IT-talentnetwerk

Dit krijg je

Bij Centric kun je als Operationeel IT Recruiter rekenen op:

  • Een brutosalaris tot € 4.500,- per maand afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring als recruiter binnen IT profielen en bent bedreven in het hunten van talent
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen te overtuigen zonder te pushen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht in meerdere vacatures tegelijk
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, resultaatgericht en houdt van samenwerken
  • Je schakelt makkelijk met zowel kandidaten als hiring managers
