Senior Thinkwise Developer

Wil jij inhoudelijk richting geven aan een nieuwe Thinkwise-practice binnen Centric?

Centric bouwt aan een nieuw gespecialiseerd Thinkwise-team dat organisaties helpt bij het ontwikkelen van moderne bedrijfsapplicaties en het vervangen van verouderde softwarelandschappen.

Als Senior Thinkwise Developer speel jij hierin een sleutelrol. Je combineert diepgaande technische expertise met adviesvaardigheden en helpt klanten bij het realiseren van toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons team, onze standaarden en onze werkwijze.

Wat jij doet

Als Senior Thinkwise Developer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en realiseren van complexe softwareoplossingen binnen klantprojecten. Je bent sparringpartner voor klanten, consultants en architecten en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de oplossing van ontwerp tot oplevering.

Naast je ontwikkelwerk begeleid je minder ervaren collega’s en draag je bij aan de inhoudelijke groei van de Thinkwise-practice.

Jouw werkzaamheden

· Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van complexe Thinkwise-oplossingen.

· Leiden van technische trajecten binnen klantprojecten.

· Moderniseren van bestaande software- en ERP-landschappen.

· Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen, data en applicatiearchitecturen.

· Ontwerpen van schaalbare datamodellen en integraties.

. Maken van technische ontwerpkeuzes en architectuurvoorstellen.

· Bewaken van kwaliteit, performance, security en onderhoudbaarheid.

· Uitvoeren van code- en modelreviews.

· Begeleiden en coachen van junior en medior ontwikkelaars.

· Adviseren van klanten over digitalisering en softwaremodernisering.

· Ontwikkelen van standaarden, templates en best practices.

· Actief bijdragen aan de groei van het Thinkwise-team binnen Centric.

Wat breng jij mee?

· HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau.

· Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Thinkwise-ontwikkeling.

· Sterke kennis van SQL Server, databases en datamodellering.

· Ervaring met complexe integraties en API-koppelingen.

· Ervaring met softwaremodernisering en migratietrajecten.

· Sterke analytische vaardigheden.

· Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en klantcontact.

· Ervaring met Agile/Scrum-projecten.

· Coachende en verbindende kwaliteiten.

Mooi meegenomen

· Ervaring als Lead Developer, Solution Designer of Technisch Consultant.

· Kennis van Azure DevOps, CI/CD en DevOps-principes.

· Ervaring met ERP-modernisering.

· Kennis van security, auditability en datakwaliteit.

· Ervaring met architectuurvraagstukken binnen enterprise-omgevingen.
