O Centro de Integração Empresa-Escola – CIEE Rio é uma associação civil de direito privado, sem fins lucrativos e de fins não econômicos, reconhecida como entidade de assistência social que, por meio de diversos programas, dentre eles o de aprendizagem e o estágio de estudantes, possibilita aos adolescentes e jovens uma formação integral, ingressando-os ao mundo do trabalho.

Estamos em busca de um Consultor(a) de Atendimento Empresas, para se juntar à nossa equipe. Se você é uma pessoa comunicativa, organizada e proativa, essa vaga pode ser para você!

Local: Rio de Janeiro

Horário: Segunda à sexta , de 08h30 às 17h30

Requisitos necessários:

Técnicos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Comunicação Social, Marketing e Propaganda, Gestão Comercial e áreas afins. Desejável especialização e/ou qualificação na área de vendas, comercial.
  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente e vendas;
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office, com destaque para o Excel;
  • Possuir CNH B e Veículo Próprio;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.

Principais Atividades:

  • Identificar oportunidades de negócios e apresentar soluções personalizadas;
  • Manter relacionamento com os clientes, garantindo a satisfação e fidelização;
  • Realizar visitas comerciais e apresentações de produtos e serviços;
  • Prospecção, manutenção e reativação (presencial e remoto) com empresas;
  • Atender e prospectar clientes empresariais;
  • Realizar vendas de produtos e serviços;
  • Participação em feiras e eventos;
  • Pesquisa de mercado;
  • Análise de resultados;
  • Apresentação de soluções personalizadas;
  • Gestão da satisfação e fidelização de clientes;
  • Divulgação de vagas;
  • Acompanhamento de sazonalidade e fechamento de novas vagas;
  • Divulgação do CIEE junto à mídia local.
