Para atuar no grupo de HVAC e Resfriamento (HVR) da Diretoria Adjunta de Infraestrutura (DAI)O Grupo HVR atua no gerenciamento de projetos e instalações de engenharia voltados a sistemas de utilidades industriais como: ar comprimido, gases especiais, água de processo e HVAC. Realiza desde a definição de premissas e especificações técnicas até a contratação de empresas projetistas e executoras, além do acompanhamento da implantação das instalações até o comissionamento e entrega da obra. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesÁreas de conhecimento:Sistemas Hidráulicos para estabilidade térmica de equipamentos e ambientesDistribuição de gases industriaisGeração e Distribuição de Ar comprimidoProdução e manutenção de água abrandada e água desmineralizadaHVAC – Ar-Condicionado, Ventilação, AquecimentoCentral de Água Gelada – Chillers, Bombas, Trocadores de Calor, Isolamento Térmico, Tanque de TermoacumulaçãoResponsabilidades:Coletar dados e fazer o levantamento dos requisitos dos projetos com a equipe interna do CNPEM.Elaborar projetos mecânicos, por exemplo, para áreas: Sistemas Hidráulicos de estabilização térmica de equipamentos e distribuição de gases industriais, geração e distribuição de ar comprimido e HVAC.Especificar serviços de projeto e instalações mecânicas – Redigir especificação técnica e memorial descritivo para instalações mecânicas, suportar e traçar estratégia de contratação de projeto e instalação.Suportar a contratação de projetos e instalações, mediante qualificação dos fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, elaborar cartas convite para fornecedores, mapas de concorrência, analisar propostas, suportar a consolidação da contratação e verificar o contrato.Coordenar projeto de instalações mecânicas - analisar projetos, orientar os projetistas contratados buscando soluções de instalações, considerando as aplicações mais adequadas para cada caso, a fim de atingir a melhor relação custo x benefício x prazo. Garantir a aplicação de boas práticas de engenharia e atendimento as normas técnicas.

Participar de reuniões com projetista e cliente interno para definição de detalhes do projeto, propondo alternativas e soluções, de modo que possa atender necessidades levantadas.Coordenar e supervisionar a execução de serviços de instalação, comissionamento até a entrega da obra. Garantir a aplicação de boas práticas de engenharia e atendimento as normas técnicas.Fazer a gestão contratual das projetistas e instaladoras – Fazer a gestão de prazo, custo, qualidade de contratos. Acompanhar custos orçados x realizados, acompanhar e liberar as medições, de modo que possa controlar o andamento das atividades. Abrir e monitorar os relatórios de não conformidade.Atuar como “Focal Point” e liderança técnica do Projeto interna e externamente. Reportar periodicamente o status do projeto para o cliente interno e “stakeholders”.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica;CREA Ativo;Experiência em projetos, instalação e/ou manutenção de utilidades e infraestruturas mecânicas;Experiência em projetos, instalação e/ou manutenção de HVAC;Vivência em Gestão de Contratos;Conhecimento em projetos de rede de distribuição de gases industriais e ar comprimido;Conhecimento em projetos de rede hidráulicas;Conhecimento das Normas Técnicas e Regulamentadoras da área;Inglês Avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação).
