O Educador(a) Social SEAS é responsável por desenvolver atividades educativas e sociais para crianças e adolescentes em situação de vulnerabilidade. Atua em parceria com equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo o desenvolvimento pessoal e social dos jovens, visando a inclusão e a promoção da cidadania. Este profissional deve possuir habilidades de comunicação, empatia e capacidade de estabelecer vínculos com os atendidos.

MISSÃO DO CARGO:

Identificar, abordar e encaminhar crianças e adolescentes em risco pessoal e/ou social para serviços de proteção social, garantindo seus direitos e promovendo sua reintegração na sociedade.

REQUISITOS/ESPECIFICAÇÕES:

  • Formação: Ensino Médio Completo
  • Habilidade para trabalhar com crianças e adolescentes.

RESPONSABILIDADES/ATRIBUIÇÕES:

  • Realizar abordagens nos espaços públicos através de escuta qualificada;
  • Identificar crianças e/ou adolescentes em situação de trabalho infantil, exploração sexual, negligência ou outro tipo de situação de risco;
  • Realizar e monitorar perímetros nos territórios, identificando pontos de concentração de crianças e adolescentes em situação de rua;
  • Proporcionar momentos lúdicos durante as abordagens, com atividades realizadas na rua, em passeios, ou na unidade (sempre com foco em temáticas que envolvam direitos humanos, dignidade da pessoa humana, entre outros);
  • Realizar ação de conscientização e sensibilização junto a população sobre a proteção de crianças e adolescentes;
  • Conduzir grupos socioeducativos com as crianças e adolescentes;
  • Manter organizado os materiais necessários para realização das atividades;
  • Auxiliar adolescentes na emissão de documentos pessoais, cadastro nas plataformas digitais para vagas de jovem aprendiz, estágio e cursos profissionalizantes;
  • Promover recâmbio para as famílias acompanhadas pelo Serviço;
  • Acompanhar os técnicos de referência nos atendimentos individuais, grupais e visitas domiciliares;
  • Registrar nos instrumentais e protocolos do serviço as abordagens e ações realizadas;
  • Participar do planejamento das ações junto com a equipe técnica do serviço;
  • Informar a equipe técnica sobre as demandas identificadas de vulnerabilidade do público atendido.
