Estamos em busca de um(a) Mentor(a) comprometido(a), proativo(a) e com sensibilidade social para atuar em nossa Casa Terapêutica, contribuindo diretamente no processo de desenvolvimento pessoal e social dos acolhidos em situação de vulnerabilidade e drogadição.

Atuação: Escala 5x2 terça a sábado, horário: 12h00 às 21h00.

Descrição

  • Realizar a educação financeira;
  • Preparação para o mundo do trabalho, incluindo: elaboração de Curriculum Vitae, entrevistas de emprego, cultura organizacional e ambiente de trabalho;
  • Acompanhar a bancarização, bem como, o depósito em poupança/títulos de parte dos recursos financeiros que recebe, seja devido a transferências de renda, doações ou salário com foco no CICLO AUTONOMIA;
  • Desenvolver atividades que proporcionem a aprendizagem de pesquisas de preços e compras presenciais e online;
  • Contato com possíveis empresas parceiras para a inserção no mundo do trabalho;
  • Mediação de conflitos quando envolver dificuldades de relacionamento com colegas de trabalho ou chefia;
  • Preparação para o desligamento do serviço no que tange a responsabilidade financeira de seu autossustento;
  • Na composição da equipe interdisciplinar, em conjunto com o acolhido, avaliar a execução do PROJETO DE VIDA e se necessário, realizar as adequações de acordo com a singularidade do indivíduo;
  • Contribuir com o acolhido na execução do PROJETO DE VIDA;
  • Evolução de prontuário.

Requisitos

  • Possuir curso de graduação ou especialização latu sensu, mes-trado ou doutorado em algum dos cursos citados: Administração, Matemática, Ciências Contábeis, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Pedagogia, Serviço Social, ou Direito;
  • Curso complementar Em Gestão de Projetos e/ou Pessoas em Situação de Drogadição;
  • Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de carreira e liderança;
  • Habilidades de comunicação e empatia.
