Napište nám, protože budujeme nový tým adiktologických sociálních služeb pro rodiny, rodiče a děti ohrožené závislostním chováním, který bude pracovat v jednotlivých regionech Plzeňského kraje a možná hledáme právě Vás!Hledáme poradenského psychoterapeuta a koordinátora.nabízíme práci na 0,8-1,0 HPP Co u nás budete dělat?- zajímavou a smysluplnou práci v menším odborném týmu.- individuální terapeutickou a poradenskou práci s rodiči s obtíží v oblasti závislostního chování, kteří v kontextu svých obtíží potřebují podporu v rodičovské roli. - individuální terapeutickou a poradenskou práci s dětmi a mladistvými s obtíží v oblasti závislostního chování. - poradenskou práci s rodinami ohroženými závislostním chováním.- spolupracovat s Odborem sociálně právní ochrany dětí.- podílet se na formování podoby našich ambulantních služeb v Rokycanech, Domažlicích a Klatovech a časem je koordinovat. - práci pod pravidelnou supervizí a intervizí- mzdové ohodnocení dle tabulek MPSV s možností osobního ohodnocení a příplatků- Práci na 0,8-1,0 HPP (preferujeme 1,0 HPP).Pracovní benefity:- Zázemí odborně profilované organizace, vzdělávání v problematice závislostí, práci pod supervizí, další vzdělávání a podporu v odborném růstu, možnost pracovat na koncepci služby a následně ji koordinovat a vést, finanční podpora ve vzdělávání 50% - 100% ceny kurzu po zkušební době, náhradní volna na vzdělávání, 5 sickdays za rok.Požadujeme:- Alespoň započatý dlouhodobý psychoterapeutický výcvik (v některém z uznaných psychoterapeutických směrů splňující akreditaci ČAP nebo ČPS ČLS JEP, případně EAP, výcvik zaměřený na práci a rodinami, rodiči nebo dětmi výhodou)- Vysokoškolské vzdělání v oboru Adiktologie, Psychologie, Sociální pedagogika, Speciální pedagogika, Pedagogika, Sociální práce v magisterském stupni (alespoň započaté)- Praxe v sociální nebo zdravotnické oblasti- Dobré komunikační schopnosti, schopnost týmové práce, spolehlivost, zodpovědnost, aktivní přístup, schopnost sebereflexe, zájem o další odborný růst- Uživatelskou znalost práce s počítačem- Řidičské oprávnění B, ochotu řídit služební vůz a v rámci práce cestovat po Plzeňském kraji.Výhodou:- Zkušenost s prací se závislými klienty, s prací s rodinou a dětmi.- Výcvik v krizové intervenci, motivačních rozhovorech Nástup možný od září 2026Mzda při 1,0 HPP 39.500 - 48.500,- dle dosaženého vzdělání a praxeVáš životopis a motivační dopis zasílejte na adresu do 15.8.2026:<a href="[email protected]" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>, (do předmětu uveďte "Výběrové řízení - terapeut-regiony)Centrum adiktologie prevence, o.p.s, Tylova 20, 301 00 PlzeňKontaktní osoba: PhDr. Petr Hrouzek, Ph.D., 724 890 076K ústnímu pohovoru pozveme e-mailem nebo telefonicky pouze vybrané kandidáty po termínu uzávěrky řízení 15.8.2026.
