  • Je verwerkt de dagelijkse analytische boekhouding: het inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, financiële verrichtingen en diverse posten.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte crediteurenopvolging, maakt betaalbestanden op en ziet erop toe dat facturen tijdig worden betaald.
  • Je werkt samen met het hoofd Boekhouding bij de afsluitingen en de voorbereiding van rapportages.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de correcte administratieve verwerking van cliëntgegevens en de facturatie van de geboden ondersteuning of het verblijf.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van de boekhouding en cliëntadministratie, evenals met andere interne diensten, om informatie efficiënt en correct uit te wisselen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een financiële of economische richting.

  • Kennis van het boekhoudprogramma Exact is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en andere Microsoft 365-toepassingen en bent bereid je in te werken in sectorspecifieke softwarepakketten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en planmatig en beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken en verschillende taken combineren.
  • Je bent sociaal en communicatief vaardig, communiceert transparant en houdt je collega’s op de hoogte van de voortgang van gezamenlijke processen.
  • Je gaat discreet en vertrouwelijk om met cliëntgegevens.
  • Je hebt interesse in de algemene werking van Centrum Ganspoel en wil je verdiepen in het verhaal achter de cijfers.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Frans en Engels voor occasionele contacten.
