Nástup možný IHNED.Náplň práce:- přímá práce s klientem - zprostředkování společenského kontaktu, výchovné, vzdělávací a aktivizační činnosti, pomoc při uplatňování práv, oprávněných zájmů a při obstarávání osobních záležitostí- spolupráce na individuálním plánování dle potřeb klienta sociální asistence- rozvoj komunikace klientů, zajištění náplně činností na nácvikových místech- poskytování služby sociální asistence dle Metodiky OA pod vedením sociálního pracovníka, vedení úseku- podpora samostatnosti klienta, podpora rozvoje klientových dovedností a kompetencí- další rozvoj a vzdělávání- účastní se pravidelných porad s ostatními pracovníky služby a intervizí- sledování e-mailů a telefonátů, odpovídání na neodkladné zprávy a předávání důležitých informací.Požadujeme:- SOU s maturitou, vyučení, výhodou rekvalifikační kurz pro pracovníky v sociálních službách - dle § 116 odst. 5 zákona č.108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách- přímá práce s klienty se zdravotním nebo sociálním hendikepem- základní orientaci v legislativě sociálních služeb- výpis z rejstříku trestů- organizační schopnosti- schopnost samostatné práce i práce v týmu, zodpovědnost- schopnost zachovat důvěrnost a profesionalitu.Nabízíme:- stabilní zaměstnání v přátelském pracovním prostředí- zaměstnání v organizaci s dlouholetou tradicíPrvní kontakt e-mailem nebo telefonicky (PO - PÁ).
