Centrum Personale søger på vegne af en attraktiv virksomhed i København K en Accounting Assistant til et vikariat på minimum 2 måneder med mulighed for fastansættelse. Opstart– gerne allerede i næste uge.

Om stillingen

Du bliver en del af en større økonomiafdeling med ca. 20 medarbejdere og får en central rolle i den daglige økonomidrift.

Dit primære fokus vil fra start være kreditorbogholderi, bogføring og afstemninger. Samtidig er der gode muligheder for at udvikle dig fagligt og gradvist få flere opgaver inden for accounting.

Dine primære opgaver

  • Håndtering, kontering og godkendelse af leverandørfakturaer
  • Betalingskørsler og opfølgning på kreditorkonti
  • Bogføring og afstemninger
  • Dialog med leverandører og interne kolleger
  • Bidrag til måneds- og kvartalsafslutning
  • Ad hoc-opgaver i økonomiafdelingen

Hvem er du?

Vi forestiller os, at du allerede har erfaring med kreditorbogholderi eller en lignende regnskabsfunktion og gerne vil bygge videre på dit faglige fundament.

Du arbejder struktureret og ansvarsbevidst og er typen, der følger dine opgaver helt til dørs. Samtidig er du nysgerrig, lærevillig og motiveres af muligheden for at udvikle dig og få mere ansvar.

Vi ser gerne, at du:

  • Har erfaring med kreditorbogholderi og bogføring
  • Har arbejdet med afstemninger
  • Har flair for Excel og økonomisystemer
  • Trives med både faste processer og nye opgaver
  • Kommunikerer godt på dansk og kan begå dig på engelsk
