Vi søger en erfaren og detaljeorienteret Finance Specialist / Accountant, som trives med en bred økonomifunktion, tager ansvar for sine opgaver og bidrager med god energi til teamet.

Finance-teamet består af dig, Head of finance og en studentermedhjælper, og du får derfor en central rolle i den daglige økonomidrift.

Dine primære opgaver

Stillingen er bred, og du vil blandt andet arbejde med:

  • Oprettelse af kunder og leverandører
  • Godkendelse og betaling af fakturaer
  • Bankafstemninger
  • Håndtering af kreditkort og rejseafregninger
  • Opfølgning på tidsrapportering
  • Månedlig momsindberetning
  • Månedsafstemning af balance
  • Kvartalsluk
  • Afskrivninger, periodiseringer og hensættelser
  • Assistere med budget og forecast
  • Udarbejdelse af kvartalsvise budgetafvigelsesforklaringer
  • Udarbejdelse og afstemning af arbejdspapirer til løbende revision og årsrevision

Du får dermed en rolle, hvor du både arbejder med den daglige bogføring og med opgaver relateret til rapportering, budget, revision og projekter.

  • Har solid erfaring med bogholderi og økonomi
  • Er detaljeorienteret og struktureret
  • Trives med en bred opgaveportefølje
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for, at opgaverne bliver løst
  • Er en person, der er positiv og let at arbejde sammen med
  • Bidrager med god energi og et positivt mindset
  • Trives i et internationalt miljø med kolleger og samarbejdspartnere fra hele verden
  • Har et godt kendskab til Excel – særligt pivottabeller

Kendskab til Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central er en fordel.

Det er vigtigt for os, at du har erfaring nok til at kunne drive dine opgaver selvstændigt og være med til at sikre, at økonomifunktionen fungerer, også når andre i teamet holder ferie.
